She’s also hosted events with the Mayo Clinic and speaks regularly on strategies for healthy living.

Laurie began her career at Glow, Canada’s magazine authority on beauty and health. She has also contributed to leading publications such as Wish, Gardening Life, Canadian House & Home and Canadian Family. On top of her love for adventure (she recently paddled Class 4 rapids on B.C.’s Elaho River and completed the New York City Marathon), she keeps active with yoga, spinning and running, and has never turned down a good bootcamp.
